Have you noticed that many times doing your best isn't enough? I’ve been in those situations many times. I tried my best, but it was not working - it was just not enough. Seems familiar? 

Well, then I have another even more familiar thing. These experiences easily run a program all the women have - that WE are not enough. Which always turns into an awful downward spiral… 

I haven’t met a woman who doesn’t run a not-enough program, have you? That’s why I start thinking about what inner game we should apply to solve or at least overcome the situation when our best is not good enough.

Is there something we do wrong all the time? Is there anything we could change to get a different result? And I found a solution! The one that works every single time (plus, it’s super simple).

Just stop doing your best. 

Yes, you’ve read well - stop doing your best. 

But if we stop making efforts, we won’t achieve our goal either - I almost hear you telling me this. But I didn’t say, Stop making efforts. I just said, Stop doing your best. 

And then what?

Is there a tool you can use to achieve your goals in 2022? One single tool that is so mighty to change your life and make your dreams come true no matter what’s going on in the world?

I say Yes. And I think you know that tool, too. However, it is so underused, underrated, and devalued on our road to success that we often forget it. Or even worse - we use it as a manipulation weapon rather than a powerful tool of creation and success.

I know it’s easy to get sucked into the abyss of the things that are going on nowadays (with all the global shifts, wars, food and gas prices, job market, supply chain issues, name it…). It’s not surprising that we forget about the feminine tools of creation.

But here's what I know for sure - we’ll all get through this. The economy will write itself eventually, as well as the housing market and all of the things we’re currently worried about. 

But in the meantime, there are things that you can do in your personal economy and in the way that you're spending your time, thoughts, and energy to make your ride a whole lot smoother than perhaps it is right now. 

One of those things is returning to this mighty tool and using it deliberately to shift the tide. And that’s the very topic of today’s episode.

Are you trying to avoid failure at all costs? 

Most people (especially women) don't actually do anything to be successful because the dreaded F word literally paralyzes them. That’s how fatal meaning they are giving to failure.

During the ten years of my work with clients, I’ve been getting the same answer when I ask them what failure means to them. Every single time. If they try something big and fail in a spectacular way, for them, it means:

- they're not good enough

- they're not lovable

- they'll be abandoned

- they'll die alone

Interestingly, we get terrified of success too. My clients have pretty similar answers when we talk about fear of success. Although we don’t start with, I'm not enough, but with, I think I'm better than… somehow we come to: Somebody else will feel threatened and destroy me.

And here we go again: Therefore, I will lose everything I have, which means:

- I'm not worthy

- I'm not deserving

- I'm not enough

- I'm not lovable

- I will die alone

Isn’t it really fascinating how the programs we run and all of the societal conditioning we have had over thousands of years make us so terribly afraid of failure? 

So, can we change the meaning of failure? What do you do when you fail? Is it possible to turn your mistakes into stepping stones for success?

Of course, the answer is YES to all these questions.

Here's the thing. Actually, two things (or a brutal truth about money, if you will). 

1. Most people are broke. 

2. We love to give each other advice all the time. 

So the worst thing you can do is take financial advice from a broke person. 

Sounds like reinventing the wheel? Then imagine you come to well-meaning friends and family members with a great idea to either invest in something, or start a business, or go on an inspiring vacation…

How many of them would say something like: 

- That’s a lot of money

- Boy, the market share is unstable right now

- But you don't even know how to do marketing

And then give you advice that sounds like:

- Well, let's just wait and see.

- Better to be safe than to be sorry.

- Let's wait for things to calm down just a little bit.

See? And you wonder why they’re broke? 

I’m not saying here that they’re bad people. They just don't know what they're talking about as far as money is concerned. They can only respond with fear because they haven't figured out how their money works. 

All of you being here for some time, know that you only can absorb info and have thoughts that are on the same level as the emotion you’re feeling. That’s why you should avoid those voices of fear and scarcity.

So today, we’re diving into the strategies to use to feel financial relaxation no matter what your personal or the global economy looks like.

It’s so easy to get hypnotized by the drama playing out literally everywhere in front of us. I mean, we can't get away from the upheaval that's going on in the world. The pandemic, wars, hyperinflation… we've been in this holding pattern for a couple of years.
