THE ART OF IMAGINING

Tonight is “The Art of Imagining.” I hope you will listen carefully and apply it. It will not fail you. Every natural effect in this world has an imaginal cause; the natural effect is only seeming, it’s an illusion. I don’t care what the effect is…the most normal natural thing in this world…and the reason why we do not recognize that it is produced by some imaginal, or you could use the word spiritual, cause is because that our memory is so fading, is so short. We can’t relate the thing that is taking place physically to anything we did in some imaginal moment. And so, if one could only believe that we’re not contending, as Paul said, against flesh and blood (meaning the natural world) we’re not contending against flesh and blood but against this darkness, the present darkness (Eph. 6:12). What does he mean by “this present darkness”? It means our ignorance of these invisible, spiritual causes. So we contend not against the flesh and blood but against spiritual darkness. Then he invites us to take the sword, the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God, and then he tells us to pray at all times in the Spirit. Now, how would I take this instruction given to us in scripture and apply it in a practical manner?

When we create reality, as you say imagining creates reality, must we always do it consciously, deliberately, or can we do it without knowing that we’re doing it?

“First, you must try to understand the nature of reality. To some small extent I have begun to explain this in the Seth Material. The five hundred and some-odd sessions we have barely represent an outline, but they are enough to start with. The ideas, in themselves, will make you think. I have told you that there are Inner Senses as well as physical ones. These will enable you to perceive reality as it exists independently of the physical world. You must learn to recognize, develop, and use these Inner Senses.

The methods are given in the material. But you cannot utilize the material until you understand it. “The material itself is—if you’ll forgive the term—cleverly executed; so that as you grapple to understand it, you are already beginning to use abilities beyond those that you take for granted. “You must, first of all, cease identifying yourself completely with your ego, and realize that you can perceive more than your ego perceives. You must demand more of yourself than you ever have before. The material is not for those who would deceive themselves with pretty, packaged, ribboned truths that are parceled out and cut apart so that you can digest them. That sort of material serves a need, but our material demands that you intellectually and intuitively expand.”

“Pretend that you hold a flashlight, and the flashlight is consciousness. You can turn this light in many directions, but instead you are in the habit of directing it along one certain path, and you have forgotten that there are other paths. “All you have to do is swing the flashlight in other directions. When you shift it, the path upon which you have been focusing will momentarily appear dark, but other realities and images will become available to you, and there is nothing to prevent you from swinging the flashlight back to the earlier position.” Seth has used several analogies to explain this point. He said in another class session: “You have more than one conscious mind. We want you to change the channels of your awareness. … If you consider the conscious mind that you usually use as one door, then you stand at the threshold of this mind and look out into physical reality. But there are other doors … you have other conscious selves.

In the Convoluted Universe series I covered the stories of individuals who witnessed the destruction of their home planet. They were new to Earth, and some said they were only sent to Earth during crucial times. The destruction had been a personal experience, and they would be extremely valuable during this time to make sure it didn’t happen again here on Earth. This was another such individual who had seen an entire planet destroyed. D: Why did Jean decide to come back now? You said she’d been here at other pivotal points in Earth’s history. J: This is the big one. This is the great one. This is happening now. And many are remembering who they really are, and are being contacted. The new children are being brought in, and she loves the children. So she’s helping others to balance the energies. It’s being a bridge. Bridging the energies now.

You are a bridge. Of course, you are. So there are those of you that came in to help bridge the information, to be the ambassadors. D: To help these people wake up to who they are? J: Absolutely. And to be okay. To accept any of them who have experiences that they filed away. It’s a big time on your planet because this is the big one. This is where you, as a planet, awaken out of the dream of thinking you’re alone. That you’re all that is. Your Earth is evolving. You are all evolving. All eyes are on Earth right now, anyway.

This is the big one. Many fought to be here. Even children that come in, even for hours. You’ll all carry that, the badge of having been here. D: Even for a few hours? J: Absolutely. To have been on this planet at a time of this kind of evolution. No planet has ever quite evolved this way before, this uniquely. If you were going to have the option to carry the identification of having been on a planet that will be known through the multiverse, even if you can be here for a few hours, that you could say, “I was on Earth at the time of evolution.” Why not? D: Is this what I call the New Earth? (Yes) That there will be an old and a new, and then a separation. (Yes.) And that some won’t make the evolution? (Yes. Yes.) I’m still trying to understand that.

“Our bodies and everything around us are now increasing their vibratory rate and adjusting to a new frequency. Every cell of the body begins to vibrate at such a fast rate that it turns into light. When this begins, the temperature of the body increases and the body starts to glow with light. When every cell is vibrating at a very high rate, you will disappear from normal vision and move into a higher dimensional reality. This is because the body has moved in vibration beyond the third dimension and is now vibrating on a much higher dimensional level. This then means that you will not go through the death process, as you will then have a Light Body. Aging will not exist for you, and you will have stepped into the next dimensional reality. You can then access the next stage of spiritual evolution.”

SEEDTIME AND HARVEST (lecture)

This statement is taken from the Book of Genesis, the 8th chapter of Genesis - it is a promise made to man that “while the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, hot and cold, summer and winter, day and night shall not cease.” We are told that man was placed in a garden - the garden was completed - every tree was bearing fruit - everything in the world was finished - and he was placed in the garden to dress it and to keep it. He doesn’t plant it, he doesn’t do a thing but dress it and keep it. He is not called upon to make trees or to grow new trees - everything is finished!

As we are told in John - “I have sent you to reap that whereon you bestowed no labour”- for Creation is finished. Every conceivable human drama, every little plot, every little plan in the drama of life is already worked out, as mere possibilities while we are not in them, but they are overpoweringly real when we are in them. So man can get in touch with that particular state of his choice, for my imagination can put me in touch inwardly with the state desired so I am in it. If I am in it I will realise it in my world. The states in which we find ourselves are the seedtime. The harvest is simply the encountering of events and circumstances of life. But man’s memory is so short he forgets the seedtime, but all ends run true to origins, so if the origin, say, is misfortune the end will be misfortune.

But when you reap misfortune, you wonder “Why should it happen to me? When have I set a thing like this in motion? Haven’t I given to the poor? Haven’t I attended service? Haven’t I prayed daily, and why should these things happen?” But you see my God never forgets because He always gives the end in harmony with the origin, and you and I are selectors: we don’t make; we are not creators; - creation is finished, the whole vast world of creation, as told us in Ecclesiastes, “I am the beginning and the end. There is nothing to come that has not been and is.” So look upon creation as finished - and you and I are only selectors of that which is. By selectors I mean that you and I have the privilege (we may not exercise it) but it is our privilege to select that aspect of reality to which we will respond, and in responding to it, we bring it into existence for ourselves. Not knowing that we are so privileged, we simply go through the world reflecting the circumstances of life, not realising we have the power to create or to out-picture the circumstance of life.

Here Dolores discusses the transition to the new earth, the importance of embracing and overcoming fear, and our new bodies on the new earth.

V: The whole idea is, we have to get people to expand just a little bit. And we have to get this level raised just a little bit. And when we do, we can make that change, and make it easier for them. It will be the ones that we can't get to change that are going to be left behind. It's going to be horrible. We can't get them to see. We can't get them to love.

D: Then the others, the ones that will change, will go into another world? Another Earth?

V: It's like it's going to expand into another dimension. Let me see how I can explain this to you. It's like a raising, if you can understand, like we're going to raise into a different vibration. They’ll be able to see what’s going on, but we can't help them anymore.

D: Is it like a separation? Like two Earths, is that what you mean?

V: Oh no, no. It's a changing of dimension. We're going to go from here to here. And those that can't change will be left behind.

D: When we go into the other dimension, will it be a physical Earth?

V: It will be just like we are right now.
