The first key to building self-confidence is finishing a difficult task or commitment. Keeping promises we made to ourselves should be the norm, not the exception. This little action seems small, but has massive impact. Not only will these accomplishments help us build confidence, they will also push us toward our bigger goals.

Dustin goes on to explain why the second key to having confidence as a real estate agent is knowing your market numbers. The ability to intelligently explain basic market analytics in a way your clients can understand can be a huge confidence builder, and get you more listings.
