You might not know, though, that I have a background in science and I love to nerd out on the WHY behind our physical reactions to stress and conditioning.
So I’m super excited to be talking with Ellyn Schinke, a self-described recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, as well as a burnout coach, corporate wellness consultant, and former research scientist. She’s also a 6/2 Emotional Projector and a Taurus sun / Virgo moon / Cancer rising!
