On November 11, 2024, Richard Allen was convicted on all counts in the murders of 14-year-old Libby German and 13-year-old Abby Williams, two best friends who decided to take a walk in the woods in Delphi, Indiana. A ransacker stalked a small city in California, breaking into 120 homes in 20 months. Two hundred and twenty miles away, three years later, a man committed 50 home-invasion rapes.
