He is also the co-founder of Genesis Advisers and a member of the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame. His latest book is called "The Six Disciplines of Strategic Thinking." He also serves as the Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at theInternational Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
