Daniel talks us through what he feels is at the root of the current digital marketing skills gap in marketing. In a digital marketing world which is changing all the time dramatically, we explore some of the challenges faced by university education and publishing and organisational structure and individuals, all of which struggle to keep up with current best practice, tactics and strategy.  We also explore some of the challenges we face in teaching and training others in such a fast-moving environment.
