We sat down with Lenny Krayzelburg, the 4-time Olympic gold medalist who is known for being buff. Lenny's story is one of the American Dream: his family came over to America when he was a child, and he had to commute via train an hour 1-way just to swim on a daily basis. He started his college swimming career at a community college while working full time to support his family. After 1 year, he was presented the opportunity to train with Mark Schubert and his elite crew us USC.

We sat down with the 100 freestyle savant himself, Nathan Adrian, to talk about his perfect race. He said that individually, his 100 free from the 2012 London Olympics, where he won gold by .01 and posted his lifetime best, was as close as he's come to executing a perfect race. As far as relay performances go, Nathan was a little coy when it came to strategy, but did admit that anchoring the 4x100 medley relay in London was one of his favorite relay memories.

Although we have become accustomed to him making it look easy year after year, Nathan says that going 48 in the 100m freestyle is never easy, and he has to try very hard to do so every time he does.

Jenny walks us through all of her Olympic games and everything in between. Attending Stanford and swimming for Richard Quick after the '92 Games. Going pro after the '96 Games. Thinking that she was retiring and going to medical school after the '00 Games, only to come back to it after her mother died. And finally ending it with the '04 Games, where she earned #11 and 12.

Recently, Reece shared a personal story from his youth on "Uninterrupted", a platform launched by LeBron James for athletes. This is one of many instances in which Reece has started sharing his experiences in an effort to educate the community as to what black athletes and people go through on a daily basis.

Reece also details his meeting phonecall with Tim Hinchey, the president of USA Swimming, and the open discussion they were able to have on the Black Lives Matter movement, and how USA Swimming can move forward with initiatives that get the numbers of black participants higher than it's current 1.5%. Reece was one of several current and former national team members who aided in the 2nd draft of USA Swimming's statement on the Black Lives Matter movement sparked by the murder of George Floyd.

We sat down with Katie Robinson, who recently was announced as the new director of swimming and diving at Northwestern. Katie took us through her swimming career, which goes from humble roots in small-town Indiana and has landed her currently as only the 2nd woman to lead a combined S&D program in a Power 5 conference. She explained what drew her to Texas, what she learned from head coach Jill Sterkel in Austin, and how she used that to move into coaching.

Robinson speaks fondly of her time as an assistant for Mark Bernadino at Virginia, and as a head coach at Tulane. She says what makes Northwestern so special, and how she plans on moving the program forward at the helm.
