Windy Shotlow-Hatchell is a personal and executive coach along with her husband who founded Over The Top Coaching. Windy’s coaching focuses on mental transition, overcoming limiting beliefs and on helping individuals break through barriers to achieve more. Through facilitating and training along with her husband she has helped individuals and organizations gain clarity on what’s often right before them. Her coaching allows others to see and achieve what’s on the inside of them. The company also focuses on leadership development through executive coaching; team building workshops and motivational speaking.

This CEFTP graduate has more than 15 years of experience working at Fortune 500 organizations in management and leadership roles. She’s responsible for providing customer white glove treatment to enhance their experience and is the liaison with key client contacts. She creates and designs training curriculum, proposals and marketing of events.

Her captivating personality and authentic style gets rave reviews from clients and workshop participants. Windy enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She runs in the Oakland hills and likes playing tennis and reading inspirational books.
