Giving no f*cks has been quite the buzz phrase for awhile. And while I don't usually care for buzz words, I had to give my 2 cents on the whole "No F*cks Given" era as I believe I'm beginning to walk into mine, and it's glorious! And it got me thinking; what has changed and what got me here? And after reflecting on this I wanted to share it with all of you. Realizing that it's so often the experiences that you feel were the worst mishaps, mistakes, & regrets are likely the things that contribute to you truly not caring. You’ve seen the other side of your fear, faced it, & realized it was a mirage all along and you truly don’t give a f*ck because it was never about you.
On this Identify & Heal solo episode I'm breaking down the often grueling process of reaching the gates of the No F*cks kingdom. It ain't an easy road yet, boy is it ever worth it to get to that state of peace and acceptance. To release the fear of what other's might think or say or do and trust that who and what you are, exactly as you are, is fine. And safe. And perfect. Knowing that you're a bad ass Woman who doesn't have time for any distractions from truly expressing and actualizing your potential in this lifetime.
