We are flawed human beings. We make small and big mistakes. If we hurt someone emotionally as a result of our mistakes, it takes humility and insight to say: "I was wrong, I am sorry that I caused you to suffer. It is not your fault; it is mine." 

Narcissists are incapable of admitting they are wrong. 

Narcissists don't let the truth get in their way. 

Narcissists are duplicitous. They demand unreachable perfection from others. They constantly attack our thought processes, motivations, emotional responses and harm us psychologically. 

Narcissists are empty suits. They cultivate and burnish their personas, their false self masks, they present to the world.

Narcissists tell oceans of lies reflexively. 

Get off of this out of control wild ride.
