Hey everybody! Episode 66 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Kunti. I met Kunti in the Sacred Valley of Peru where she was running a temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge from Mexico. I really enjoy that medicine and connected with Kunti and felt she held a beautiful space. We have gotten to know each other more and have both become more familiar with each other's respective work. Hey everybody! Episode 64 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Ben. Ben and I have had a similar path in life. We've both had a similar quest and interest in spirituality, shamanism, martial arts, and religion. We both have spent time with different cultures learning about various paths of healing and medicine. And we both share a common teacher who works with Amazonian medicine. Hey everybody! Episode 57 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friends Deanna and Ido. They work together in the field of plant medicine integration. Deanna uses her own experiences combined with somatic therapy and the work of Gabor Maté while Ido is a psychologist and uses Jungian archetypes. It was a pleasure speaking with them. "Dr. Ido Cohen, Psy.D - As part of his psychotherapy practice in San Francisco, Ido offers integration and preparation sessions with individuals and groups.
