I want to tell you about the voices in my head. Yep, there's more than one. 

And I want to invite you to sit quietly and listen for your own. They're in there and they are a powerful driving force behind your choices, your behaviour and the level of potential you tap into (or don't). The thing is these voices of ours have been present, consistent and loud for so long that so often we don't even really notice them anymore. But there they are narrating our lives, making meaning, telling stories and shaping how we feel about ourselves in the middle of it all.

It can be extremely helpful. Or it cannot. 

In this episode I share with you my own experience of two simultaneously present voices telling me completely opposing realities at the very same time. "Tiff, you are dog sh*t. Best give up and let the talented people stand in your place". Whilst in the same moment, "Tiff, you know you've got this... Eye on the prize, just keep going and we'll shot them all". 

What a diabolic sh*tstorm it can be it fail to harness the direction these voices can take us. Whether we acknowledge or have awareness of them or not, they are there and they are influencing our self-belief and our outcomes.

It doesn't have to be that way. So let's say hello to the voices, sit them down for a cuppa and nut out a way to work together.
