In this episode I wanted to talk about 5 ways that you change the way you eat that could help you lose weight without ever needing to diet, count calories and crazy exercise routines. Yes, that statement sounds crazy I know, but these tips, turned into habits can have a huge effect on your health and in turn, weight. The tips; drink more water, change the way you eat, eat more whole foods, improve your quality sleep, and reduce heavily processed foods sound easy, but really they are not. Through this episode I aim to highlight why these aspects of good health are so important and give you the tools to begin to implement some of these into your life and create habits that are long lasting.
