Are you living the kind of story you would want read back to you one day? In other words, if someone were to read your life, would you like the story?
We are big on living with intention and purpose. From our relationship, what we eat, the products we use in our everyday life, our time, how we decorate our home, and everything in between.
You have to be aware in order to be purposeful. And to get to that place, you have to establish rhythms and routines that support what intentionality looks like for you.
We are constantly looking for ways to live more intentional and in this episode we are sharing some of the things that have deeply impacted our lives lately.

We have been loving this season on the podcast and one of the biggest conversations we are continuing to have is around the idea of rest and slowing down. Emily Ley justs released her 3rd book, When Less Is More, after a season of redefining what "the good life" meant to her.
Her book was written from the trenches where she felt deep burn out even though a lot of good things were going on. She was saying yes to everything and soon her life and company became more complicated - coming against her foundational message of simplified. She felt really disconnected and far from herself.

We are huge fans of the Enneagram - it is NO secret! It's a buzzy subject (for good reasons) and we love talking to experts to debunk myths and misconceptions. We hope our conversations around the Enneagram help bring clarity to how you can use it as a tool of self-discovery and growth. And it is important to understand that it is not an excuse for bad habits or behaviors. This week we get the absolute honor of chatting with Enneagram expert Beth McCord and her husband Jeff as they talk with us about Enneagram and marriage. Let's dive in!

This is one of the most inspiring guest interviews we have ever done on the podcast. And it involves one of our favorite organizations - Compassion International.
Kiwi is a Graduate Compassion Child from the Philippines. She started in Compassion at age 7 and now works in the medical field in Dallas, Texas. Her story is incredible! She talks about her journey of becoming a Compassion child and the impact it had on her life, her family, and her community. Now she is a sponsor to her own Compassion children.
Compassion is a an organization that works with local churches around the world to sponsor children in need. One of the unique things they offer is this letter writing system where you can write letters back and forth with the child that you're sponsoring. And you guys know how much we love letters, so it is no surprise that we are big fans of Compassion!
We cannot wait for you to hear this story from Kiwi. It is really going to touch you heart and inspire you to take action!

Have you been loving our conversations around rest, living unhurried, and rhythms? Then you will love today's conversation! We've got our friend John Mark Comer back on the show to discuss his new book - The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry.
There's an enemy to our overall health that's already trojan horsed its way into our lives. It's called HURRY – otherwise known as the pace in which we live our lives. And I think we can all admit that we need to find ways to slow down and find silence in our day-to-day.
This is such a timely episode, so let's get straight into it!

We are all about living intentionally and helping others discover what that looks like for them. So we are SUPER excited for today's interview with our good friend, Jeff Bethke.
To Hell With Hustle isn't just a book he wrote but a movement we believe the world needs to hear. In a society that thrives and craves busy, we need to embrace the silence and redeem the small moments throughout our day.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, community, or feeling anxious, tired or burnt out, this will definitely resonate with you. So, let's get into it!
