In the second part of this episode, we're delving into how Strongman competitions work. How do you pull a massive airplane? What are some of the most horrific injuries that have occurred? And why is World's Strongest Man always sunny in December? Things also get deep, as the Stoltman brothers open up about some of the tough times they have faced along their incredible journey, and share some of the coping mechanisms and superpowers that have led them to where they are today.

We have not one, but two excellent guests this week. Luke 'The Highland Oak' Stoltman and Tom 'The Albatross' Stoltman (yes, it is compulsory to have a cool strongman name). They are the world's strongest brothers, and their story is incredible. What is more incredible, is the sheer weight of the things they lift, and the amount of calories they consume before they do so. This episode was so good, we had to split it into two parts. Part two will be out on Friday!

Our guest this week is a HUGE comedian (literally, he's 6ft 7)... it's Tom Davis! He's talks about all his previous jobs, including being a scaffolder, selling rude t-shirts at festivals and how he may or may not have been Ed Sheeran's bouncer. He also tells us about how you act with a CGI Paddington bear, the time he ate Timothée Chalamet's food and when he asked Kylie Jenner to check his nose for bogeys.

This week's guest was forced to come on the show by her sister. But we're so glad she came!
Olivia is an embryologist. Which means she helps people make babies, using science. She's helped to make 600 babies, and has even had one named after her. But we couldn't just talk about the heartwarming stuff. Of course we had to mention the slightly sticky world of sample collection.
And Joe and Tom share their stories of when they've had to provide samples of their own.

We revisit the time Joe and Tom met firefighter Darren in this week's classic episode. And we obviously ask him all about poles and hoses. But will he agree to replace the pole at the station with a water slide?

Ever wondered what it takes to run a restaurant? Today is your lucky day as Tom Kerridge joins Joe Marler and Tom Fordyce to try and answer that question. Ultimately they get distracted several times along the way, but it’s still a good episode.

Oliver might be the youngest headteacher in the history of education. He joins Joe and Tom to outline all the rules before kids go back to school next week. They cover all the big topics like football sizes, assembly songs and what children might draw on the toilet walls.
Don’t worry, if Oliver is your headteacher, your child will be fine. Everyone else is fucked.
