In this episode, Amy has created a podcast version of her recent presentation at the University of Minnesota's Caring for People with Memory Loss Conference- "Working Together with Your Memory Care Staff." This first part discusses what you should expect in a Memory Care for your loved one in 4 areas: Engagement, Safety, Care and Care for the Family
Part 2 will be discussing how your role changes as a care partner when your loved one is living in a Memory Care and the emotions you may face.
Part 3 will be discussing how to bring forth concerns with your Memory Care provider to ensure the best care for your loved one and a relationship built on trust.
