The assisted and supported living strategy involves buying for demand and working with local authorities to provide homes for those who need it most and this is a great opportunity to hear about Ben’s experiences and the many elements that need to be understood and worked with to achieve successful leases that support those who need help the most

• There are many pieces to the jigsaw and the challenge is bringing all the parts together
• From a funding view it can be a far more secure tenancy if it’s set up in the right way
