Drishti and mudra are two practices within the practice of yoga that help our modern minds develop focus and presence.
Drishti is the act of setting your gaze in a way that honors your intention. We practice setting our eyes to one external point during the practice of any asana to get more in tune with what's happening inside our bodies and minds.
Mudra is the a practice of hand gestures that allow us to communicate our intention...and shapes the way we receive the practice and the world around us.

This one focuses on our floor series, with backbends, twists, and hip openers. Enjoy!
When we ask for requests, hip opening is the most common response. but almost no one requests the standing, warrior-style asanas to get there.
However, these are some of the best postures for increasing hip mobility and (bonus) strength.
This session's also a great workout and a serious attitude adjustment. Press play and jump in!
This one's gonna get your body moving, your mind quiet, and your spirit feeling really, really good.
You're gonna move your asana in this one...we start with spinal mobility, get right into legs and hips, then shoulders and upper back...which leads us right into restoratives and relaxation.
If you want a yoga practice that gets you feeling open, less creaky, and happy all over, this one's for you.
If eagle arms (or stiff shoulders) are your nemesis, this one's for you. If you love eagle, welp, this one's for you, too!
This one's a total body restorative...you'll stretch, work your core, and get some time upside down. Best of all, you'll downregulate your nervous system, making this a great practice for a stressful day or nightcap before bed.
It's a hip opening day...but first, we strengthen the stuff we're gonna stretch.
Start strong, stay strong, finish strong. This one is no-frills, no-fluff and so, so good when you want to do a lot of yoga in a little space of time.
You'll also get the opportunity to center and relax...important moves for coming back even stronger next time.
No dog poses, chaturangas, or planks in this one...still, you'll get your sweat on with lots of ab work, back strengtheners, and hip openers!
