"it's so important to believe in yourself it's so important to love yourself because that's going to try and come across when you're speaking to people if you don't believe in yourself and you don't believe in the product or you're not believing in the service that you are selling that is going to come across no matter how much you memorize I might against memorizing scripts I think you should speak from the heart and so when you are not congruent with who you are it's going to show and our unconscious minds picks it up and so that's where we don't have that connection with the other person"
