On today's Thursday Thoughts, Lucy and I are talking about not giving a fu*k what other people think.
Whether it's people we know, or random strangers on the internet, we can all relate to the fear and anxiety around other people's opinions.
We talk about the different ways of thinking that can lessen our worries, as well as how learning how to laugh at ourselves can alleviate these fears.
Lucy and I share some embarrassing experiences of our own that speak to this topic, and we also chat about how we've both learnt to care less about what other people think in recent years. But...it's still a work in progress!
Ultimately, worrying about the opinions of others is not only futile, but is also a total waste of our energy. And besides...none of us will be here in 100 years, so what are we actually worrying for?!
