Acts 14:1-10, 19-22; Matthew 24:13; James 1:2-4
You may be facing a major challenge or obstacle in your life, whether it’s related to your health, finances, or a fundamental lack of faith. I encourage you today to have faith. Pray those bold prayers for provision and healing that you have been longing for. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13a, God does not give us more than we can bear. Some struggles in life require more faith than others. In those moments, we need to pray fervently, trusting and hoping that our prayers have been heard.
I personally struggle with negativity; I often look at the worst-case scenario, and I’m grateful when things don’t turn out as bad as I imagined. Recently, I earned a certification in positive psychology, which taught me the importance of evaluating my thoughts. This allows me to ask myself, "What am I thinking?" and then to step back from those thoughts.
Today, I invite you to have faith in your miracle, for after enduring several trials, it will come. Life is filled with ups and downs, but during our low moments, we need to trust with even the smallest seed of faith we may have in God to bring about a miracle, renew our lives, and restore our well-being.
