I was there to witness it and what a game it was!!

October 10 is World Mental Health Day.

Not only is he a Pieta ambassador, but he is also a survivor. Someone who had his battles with his mental health but he made a huge step- he asked for help.

While he was lifting the Sam Maguire, inside he was sinking, but reaching out gave him help, guidance, tools and a love for living again.
