Why is training your employees so important?
You would think it would be obvious but to some maybe not so much. Jumping straight in, Chris starts describing his culture and how he handles his training. His training is not so much technical. An example would be he doesn't teach people how to put up drywall. Instead, he has a "wolfpack". What this means is he lets the "artists" do their thing and "survive" on their own. He finds that the person that wants to focus on their craft rather not worry too much about the operations. This does not mean he doesn't have training. It is focused on the "why?" such as "why customer experience is important". There's a whole lot more GOLD NUGGETS in this episode so go ahead and take a listen!
