On the night of March 5, 2000, a 40-year-old pregnant woman named Ines Ramirez Perez was at home in an extremely rural and isolated village on the southern coast of Mexico. 

She was alone with her six young children and had been in labour for over 12 hours when she knew something was very wrong. And that's when she made a decision that would put her in the history books, and make you marvel at the unbelievable lengths this incredible woman went to in order to save her baby.
