10 POWERFUL QUESTIONS TO REFLECT ON IN 2025: Take time with these. Don't rush them. Write them out. 1. What were your TOP 5 wins or highlights of 2025? 2. What were your biggest challenges — and what did they teach you? 3. In what ways did you grow the most this year? 4. What did you START in 2025 that you want to AMPLIFY in 2026? 5. What did you tolerate in 2025 that you will NO LONGER tolerate in 2026? 6. What relationships mattered most — and how can you be more intentional with them? 7. What habits FUELED you? What habits DRAINED you? 8. What are you most PROUD of in 2025? 9. Where did you feel the presence of God the most this year? 10. If 2025 were a chapter in the book of your life, what would the TITLE be?

These questions are where breakthroughs happen. Not only do I share many of my answers, I ask you to answer them as well. When you start with reflection, your goals become more meaningful, your vision becomes clearer, and your drive becomes PURER.

ACTION STEPS: Please Block out 30–60 minutes this week, find a quiet space, grab your journal or Annual Strategic Plan, and start writing. Breathe. Reflect.

Don't overthink it. When you take time to pause and look back, you extract the wisdom of 2025 and create a powerful launchpad for what's next.

Happy holidays. I'm pumped to share today's podcast with you during one of the most important, spiritual, and opportunity-rich seasons of the entire year. This is the season where reflection meets revelation. Where gratitude meets growth. And where faith meets fuel. Between Thanksgiving and New Year's, we are also given a sacred window to reflect, release, and realign with God and our many blessings.

Listen, this season can be magical…but it can also be stressful, overwhelming, busy, and even emotionally heavy. And if we're not intentional, the holidays can drain us instead of fuel us. So today, I want to walk you through a simple, clear, faith-centered 5- week journey to get your heart right, your mind right, your spirit right… and position you for PURPOSE, PRESENCE, and POWER heading into a brand-new year. How does that sound?

In this week's episode, I'm sharing 5 spiritual and personal growth goals that will help you deepen your faith, reduce your stress, elevate your energy, and walk into 2026 with more clarity, passion, & purpose. I hope that fires you up!

Specifically, here is what I will be addressing in your "5-Week Spiritual Reset Program" (Ep. 455 of the IMPACT SHOW): 1. The mountaintop moments remind us of God's abundance; the valleys remind us of His presence in our weakness. Remember, 'My faith has carried me through the highest mountains and the lowest valleys.' Just like Psalm 23:4 says: 'Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.' There are Mountains. And there are Valleys. And God is present in both. KEEP GOING!!

Happy Thanksgiving week and I know this season upon which we enter is a sacred one. While we want to fill our buckets up with gratitude, peace, and joy, it's easy to be overrun with busy-ness, chaos, angst, stress, and overwhelm. As we head into Thanksgiving week and the holiday season, I wanted to slow things down…take a deep breath… and talk about two of the most powerful forces we have in our lives: Gratitude and Grace. If you want to feel more joy, more peace, more purpose and even more love, gratitude and grace are the gateway.

Today, I want to share 7 things I'm especially grateful for this Thanksgiving and then I want to talk about how grace shows up—even in the imperfect, messy, beautiful parts of our lives. Let's dive in now:

I'm particularly GRATEFUL for:

• Family. Pumped to be heading to South Carolina to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Carolina's.
• The amazing Retreat we just had and the 110 SOULS who said 'Yes' to being in the Room. Included are some of my top takeaways from Retreat…
• Health…on all levels physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
• The Trials, Tests, & Tribulations. Yep. Sounds strange but I'm grateful for the struggles and pain as it got me to where I'm at today. And I've learned to be grateful in the 'hard seasons.'
• My Life's Work—Coaching, Inspiring, & Leading people to be THEIR best. I'm grateful for the calling on my life to coach, motivate, teach, and transform lives.
• Friends & the IMPACT Community. I'm grateful for the people who inspire me, challenge me, stretch me, and support me. And people just like you listening to the podcast or reading the Shownotes or even one of my books. Thank you. We have one heckuva Community and I'm grateful for you.
• Opportunity & Possibility. I'm grateful for the open doors, the new projects, the ideas, the creativity, the energy that flows when you're aligned with your purpose.
• Faith…it has carried me through the highest mountains and the lowest valleys.

Hello IMPACT SHOW passengers, this is your captain speaking —Todd Durkin, coming to you LIVE from 35,000 feet altitude somewhere between San Diego and Whitefish, Montana! This one's different as I could not contain my excitement enroute to Montana for our annual Mountain Retreat. I just HAD to hit record because my mind was in major FLOW mode and the lessons were downloading!

This episode is all about MINDSET — how to stay calm in chaos, find clarity in the climb, and keep your faith strong even when life gets turbulent. Because just like flying, life doesn't always give you smooth air. But you can always control your response, your attitude, and your altitude.

Here's What You'll Learn in Episode 453: 1. You Can't Control the Turbulence — But You CAN Control Your Response. Life's gonna shake you. Business dips, plans get flipped, curveballs come outta nowhere. But high performers? They don't panic — we breathe, we stay calm, and we trust our training. I share exactly what happened on my flight this past week and how to navigate life's storms with poise, peace, and purpose.

2. High Altitude = High Awareness. When you rise above the weeds, you see the big picture. Up here, the clarity is unreal. I talk about how to "get above the noise" so you can see your mission, your purpose, and your life from a higher perspective — because clarity doesn't come in chaos; it comes in stillness. And you can't see the vision when you're stuck on the runway.

3. Pre-Flight Rituals = Peak Performance Habits. Every pilot has a pre-flight checklist — and you need one too. I walk you through my own daily ritual: movement, gratitude, journaling, & prayer. These habits anchor me, fuel me, and set the tone for the day. Because I'm telling you — when you win the morning…you win the day; and when you win the day(s)…you ultimately win the weeks, months, quarters, and year(s).

4. Your Final Destination Is Determined by Your Dreams. We all need more "blue-sky" time. We all need more "white-space" in our daily rituals. It's powerful to have some built-in, regular time to write, think, dream, and ultimately do. That's why I'm also firing off 10 powerful questions to get you dreaming again — your Big 5 for Life, your Big 5 for 2026, and what God is whispering in this season. Don't drift. Don't settle. And now is a GREAT time of the year to start 'dreaming.'

5. Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude. You cannot fly high if you're surrounded by people who live low. Protect your energy. Fuel your mind with gratitude and growth. Surround yourself with people who elevate, inspire, and challenge you. Because the higher you go, the thinner the air — and the fewer the distractions.
