Here we go! We are thrilled to announce our long awaited Season 4 travel plans! It’s going to be huge and we can’t wait to bring you along for the ride! 

This week we’ve been staying at Miami Beach, soaking up the sunshine and coastal vibes of this fantastic beachside retreat. It’s our last stay on the Gold Coast for at least the next 12 months, and this lovely little caravan park was the perfect choice with its incredible white sand surf beach right on the doorstep!

We’re getting set for Season 4, just around the corner, with a couple of weeks on the Gold Coast to organize our lives, and say our farewells to friends and family.

We’ve spent a fantastic week on the Fraser Coast enjoying the unique farm stay experience at Susan River Homestead Adventure Resort, spending some precious time with Paul’s parents who have recently started their full time RV journey. Happy New Year! This week we travel up from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast, and stay at the BEST value campsite, with water views, over Christmas! We’re amazed at the incredible value of this park over the peak holiday period, compared to many others who were charging extreme prices for powered sites! 

We enjoy using the solar to completely power the van and spend a few days catching up with family and taking it slow.

This week we head to the little fishing village of Jacobs Well on the northern Gold Coast and enjoy a relaxing few days taking in this awesome waterfront location. A local boaties favourite, the boat ramp right outside the park has direct access to Moreton Bay Marine Park – one of the largest estuarine bays in Australia. 🏝👌

Plus, we pack the Hilux and enjoy a trip to beautiful North Stradbroke and spend the day exploring the island’s treasures including the spectacular North Gorge Walk, natural springs and an incredible fresh water lake. Located 30 km southeast of Brisbane, Queensland, Straddie is the world’s second largest sand island!
