Today I had the pleasure of chatting with a good friend of mine, Erik, about the stigma associated with testosterone. We got into the issues surrounding perceptions, "steroids," and touched on environmental factors that influence the testosterone levels of modern man like PFAS chemicals. Why were our grandfathers levels so much higher than ours?

Erik is a "normie," meaning he's not on TRT so we got some good outside perspective.
