Joanne Hagemeyer recalls how doors were closed to women for ministry in many ways. "I didn’t have a place in the church but I had a place in this Bible study." (It was Bible study Fellowship where eventually she was a Teaching Leader for many years). She has continued to use her gifts where there was an open door. 

Joanne Hagemeyer went on to build up the Tru316 ministry by launching the @Tru316 YouTube Channel, writing the Study Guides for the 4 books in The Eden Book Series and also Dr. Joy Fleming's book, Man and Woman in Biblical Unity - Theology from Genesis 2-3.
