Trust and surrender are two things that I've found challenging for much of my life. I've recently been reminded of both the difficulty and importance of both of these…and have been working on embracing them more deliberately. On this episode, I talk about why trust and surrender can be so hard, especially these days. I also discuss how essential they are for our own wellbeing, as well as the health and success of our relationships, families, and teams.
