Hi all! In this revisit, I share the most listened to episode of 2023. This was one of my most vulnerable episodes of last year, where I shared how my anxiety and people pleasing ways have impacted my relationship with my partner. I also share lessons I've learned and emotions I had been experiencing before my wedding.

Hi all! In this solo episode, I share some personal and professional updates, along with feelings that have come up for me this last month (and why I didn't post for a few weeks).
Also, I share feelings that came up for me with saying goodbye to my clients and ending my internship + school. I touch on feelings of grief and loss that can come with any change, even "exciting change."
I will be taking the next week off, since I'm currently on my honeymoon. We will be back with a guest conversation on Thursday, December 14th.
