Hey guys, back for round TWO of waffle city for week TWO of NZ school holidays. It's always a buzz to hear from you each week in response to our chats. We're so lucky to receive some very kind feedback on our podcasts and just want to thank you for filling our cup every time (and not telling us if/when they suck lol). In today's episode we dive into loving our bodies - how we can do that - not that we have the answers - but I suppose just our take on how we might be able to help ourselves. Naturally being school holidays (for Leece anyway) we dive into Mum Guilt and Rage.
