Your Inner bully is a pattern of thoughts that can feel like an enemy has set out to sabotage your life. Some people feel like these thoughts are beyond control. Have you had thoughts that tell you you’re not successful enough, or not smart enough? Maybe you’ve had thoughts that tell you you’re a loser or a failure?
