One of the biggest hurdles people have is the fear of the video process itself. They worry about having just the right equipment and setup. I tell people who are starting out that you just need to do it. In the very beginning, I would encourage you to set a goal and create a video every day. Send it to your friend, or send it to your mom, or send it to your spouse. Just ask them to watch it and critique you. No one is perfect, and no one expects you to be perfect.
