In this episode I'm joined by the race directors of the Ultra:5K race series, Andrew and Ken.

The Ultra 5K event has had 4 successful years although the 2020 event was postponed from its original date to the end of August due to Covid-19.

I caught up with the guys so they could share their story and for you to find out why I love this race so much.

We spoke about medals and the difficulty for race organisers to get these right, how they had to adapt the 2020 event to make it safe for runners and what 2021 and beyond holds for the event.
