Nicki is a former Sr. Executive in the business world, turned full time SAH (divorced) mom and social media queen. Matt is an expert in leadership and human performance. He has been coaching Nicki since her corporate leadership days and through their college (UCONN) sports connection, all the way to raising children through each of their divorces, he has had a front row seat to Nicki's journey to recreating her life.
