This week we turn the dial back to December of 2022 when Craig and I chatted with one of the country’s most accomplished mental health specialists in the field of anger and emotional management, Dr. Christian Conte. 

Dr. Conte is a familiar figure on TV and radio, and he is also a prolific writer, powerful communicator, and sought-after media expert. 

Dr. Conte also has an incredible Ted Talk titled “Why I Chose to Go to Prison” which was released after his best selling book, Walking Through Anger. 

In addition to Dr. Conte’s unquenchable passion for helping others he also holds the highest anger management certification possible and works with people in all walks of life from football players to prison inmates.
