Resonance is hard to describe with words because its really all about feeling. And yet, you have likely had the experience of what it's like to resonate highly with a person or idea or activity vs. what it's like to not have resonance with something. We can often judge ourselves or others based on resonance, when really it's not about who's right or who's wrong and more about being a form of guidance and communication from the Divine to help us navigate our path in the way that will bring us the most joy. The more we can learn to follow high resonance and allow low resonance to just be what it is without judgement, the happier we will be.
