So, we are on the verge of entering a new decade. New beginnings, a new chapter in our lives so we thought it would be great to talk about the idea of reincarnation because we all want to “reinvent” ourselves each new year. About 20% of the world population believe in reincarnation, but there are different perspectives as to what part of us actually gets born again. In this episode we discuss what is reincarnation and why it is important to ask ourselves these deeper questions about life.

We discuss:

• The Eastern and Western beliefs about reincarnation
• Does science examine this idea of reincarnation and how does it seek evidence of this?
• Examining the different paradigms of materialistic universe or a conscious universe and how does that relate to what we believe about past and future lives
• How the wisdom traditions are important to study for discovering our purpose here in this life and what does it mean to be alive.
