Unlock Ultimate Health; Ian Clark

Listen Later

Ian Clark teaches how to unlock ultimate health by focusing on wellness and fitness. At the age of 46, Ian found himself bankrupt and facing a dire prognosis of only 1000 days left to live. However, defying the odds, he not only survived but thrived. Five years later, he emerged from the depths of adversity to establish a raw supplement business, operating directly to consumers from his basement. Within just two years, his business reached hundreds of thousands of individuals.

Now 65, Ian Clark is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Activation Products (Can) Inc. He has garnered a solid reputation for his invaluable research within the natural health domain, pioneering the development of highly effective protocols and products that support natural healing.

Despite facing daunting health challenges in 2004, Ian's perseverance led to a remarkable transformation. As a husband and father of seven, he navigated through two severe, life-threatening health crises within the same year. During the period from 2004 to 2007, Ian embarked on a quest to find the most potent health products for natural healing, steadfastly avoiding invasive medical procedures and pharmaceutical interventions. Today, his health and vitality surpass those of his younger self at 25, a testament to his unwavering commitment to wellness and resilience in the face of adversity.

Effect On Emotions
  • People sometimes call emotions feelings. Emotion is actually energy. In your body there are streams of data coming from your brain which is monitoring everything.
  • That is energy in motion, and when you get plugged up you have low energy. When your energy is good, it drives very good feelings. When you feel great, you become really great.
  • Thoughts On Breathing
    • A lot of people talk about breathing techniques. It is way simpler than all this complicated stuff. There's a thing called box breathing. It's something you should do every day for around 5 minutes.
  • Box breathing means you will breathe in through your nose to the count of five and out through your mouth to the count of six. Be very smooth, very gentle, and not forced.
  • When you do that, your autonomic nervous system immediately, within 30 seconds, goes into parasympathetic mode. That means you're resting, digesting, and calm.
  • Then, you can handle the situations. It takes you out of sympathetic stress.
  • Bullying Story
    • The thing that I experienced is that as soon as the company got to be about 10 million in sales a year, all of a sudden, people were coming out of the woodwork to our company offering their services. I then learned about a term called gang stalking.
  • That means that people are thinking about how to find out what they are doing and how to copy what they are doing. They are also trying to figure out how they could potentially come in and buy the company.
  • They may even want to cause problems for the company so the company will lose its value and maybe even go bankrupt.
  • We had this happen on three different occasions until I finally caught on. If someone was not successful in causing damage, then they would later say we caused the problem.
