Soul Talk is back with Season Two after a lengthy hiatus seeing Hollie transition from Maiden to Mother.

In this two-part series, Hollie sits opposite her friend and doula Zoe Bosco and unpacks everything from pre-conception to pregnancy, birth and beyond - the very first time they have sat and spoken to the entirety of the experience, since Hollie birthed her little girl in December 2021.

In Part One of this discussion, Hollie and Zoe speak directly to work completed together in the pre-conception phase, and during Hollie's pregnancy, as well as what that experience was like for Hollie as a first time mother.

In Part Two of this discussion, Hollie speaks candidly, in detail, of the birth of her little girl, including the triumphs, challenges and everything in between. She also touches briefly on early postpartum experiences.
