For many, the winter season can be one of the toughest times of the year. It's when sadness and depression are at an all time high. Seasonal Affective Disorder is happening for many, despite it being "the most wonderful time of the year."
So in this episode, I wanted to share with you some of the best lifestyle factors that can contribute to anxiety, & depression, and help alleviate stress. And, of course what herbs we can turn to as well. We just had a class on this inside of Apothecary Momma, and it was jam packed with good info to help ourselves and out kiddos.
