Studies show that 70-85% of jobs (especially the good ones) are filled through internal candidates or employees' networks.

That's a staggering amount!

So to attract higher quality and more frequent job opportunities we need to be well connected and we need others to know what we do and what we care about.

While there are many ways to build your network and develop your personal brand, I strongly believe that LinkedIn is one of the most effective ones.
