This week Cassie and Ginny talk about how we can use the LOA to parent our children - even when we are grumpy or out of sorts. We think we should always feel "happy" for our kids, but we are not always supposed to be in one emotion all the time.
You want to teach them, so they become high functioning, passionate, full of life adults, but you being "happy" all the time can lead to them feeling guilty because, of course, there are down times. Your children need to see all your emotions - every emotion is equally valuable - so they can learn to process their emotions in a healthy way.
