Rev Riley then leads us all in a rage prayer as we sit in the heaviness of the moment. Then we talk about how we move forward and how we make change.

At the end, April reads a real thread by a Twitter account called "Alpha Masculinity" who is against women riding horses and bicycles. And we all read a hate comment of the week.
