Rob Mills is no stranger to putting on a show. From Australian Idol and The Singing Bee to Dancing With The Stars, Celebrity Apprentice and 5 years on Neighbours, to name a few... Australia just can't get enough of Millsy sprawled across our TV screens. 

In the world of musical theatre Millsy has starred in Grease, Hairspray, Legally Blonde, Wicked and lo and behold not only did he play Sam in Ghost, but Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar... Talk about big shoes to fill. 

Sticking with the theme of putting on a show (the name of his recently released book on manhood, mates and mental health) we talk about all things stepping on stage vs the performance we tend to fall into putting on in our everyday lives. The versions of blokeyness and what it's like for blokes in today's world to navigate what it means to be a man, where to find role models and how can we continue to open up the conversations with and for men to better connect and create social change towards better mental health and better communities.
