"Vulcan7 has been a big part of our business. I started as a solo agent like everyone else in 2018, calling my database and working every lead I could. But our business really took off when we started Circle Prospecting with Vulcan7. And over a period of four years, we went from, again, as a solo agent to building a team, doing over a million dollars at GCI and 35 million of volume, and Circle Prospecting was a big part of that, and I have taught my team to do it, and since gone on to be a team lead and help other agents grow and implement Circle Prospecting in their business."
Dan shares his success story of using Circle Prospecting to grow his real estate business and offers tips and strategies for implementing it effectively.
He explains that Circle Prospecting involves calling neighbors of recently listed, under contract, or sold properties to inform them of the activity in their neighborhood, and to offer any assistance or information they may need. Dan emphasizes the importance of building trust with potential clients and taking small steps in the relationship-building process. He also mentions the use of postcards to supplement the phone calls and increase brand visibility.
