Wes may seem like the picture of success, but he has a dark and painful past that many would not survive. From the time he was born, Wes was physically, sexually, and mentally abused. He was abandoned by his father and then his mother. He was put into group homes and psych wards where doctors told him that his mental and emotional problems would prevent him from ever living a normal life.
