Your going to want to stay tuned until the end of the episode as we reference the book "You Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins. In the book Davide mentions the idea of the mental cookie jar to store all your positive life accomplishments that can be pulled out of the cookie jar when we need some extra motivation. Tawaun linked this to the concept of the positivity folder that he utilized on his desktop to store all of his positive feedback, encouraging reviews and exemplary work that he could always go back and look at for a personal confidence boost and quick hit of motivation.
Tawaun did offer up his services and assistances as a mentor to any young men or women who are navigating the waters of college.
