When we’re facing something big, scary, and overwhelming, like what’s going on in our world right now, it is easy to feel small and like there’s not much we can do. However, when we think back on times in our lives when we’ve faced something challenging - personally and/or collectively - it can remind us of our strength and resilience. On this episode, I talk about how we can tap into our personal and collective power in the face of the fear and uncertainty of this moment.
